"I had an issue with my order…"
I had an issue with my order, my first gut reaction was that it was going to be a hassle. The first response I got didn’t really help much, so it took a few more messages than I expected. But eventually someone stepped in, fixed the problem, and made it right. I’m glad it all worked out, I just wish it had been a little quicker and didn’t require so much back and forth.

"Decent selection, but I expected more"
They’ve got a decent range of gear, but i got a little annoyed when the brands and models I was looking for weren’t there. It’s not a bad selection at all, but I was expecting it to be more complete and didn’t really feel like digging around forever to find alternatives.

"Easy return, no big hassle"
I had to return something that just wasn’t right for me, nothing wrong with it, it just didn’t work out. The return process was clear, and customer service got back to my email fairly quickly. The refund took a few days to show up — but nothing too crazy. Overall, it was a good experience.

I had a good experience with Kraft Music, honestly. My emails they answered quick, and they explained what was going on with my order in a way that made sense. One reply did take a little longer than I was hoping, but it wasn’t a huge deal or anything. Overall, the communication was clear and helpful, so I was happy with it.

I did end up finding what I was looking for, so that’s a plus. But reading between the lines, the site feels like it could use a little cleanup. The menus were kind of messy, and pages took a bit longer than I expected to load on my phone. Not a dealbreaker, just a little frustrating

My order from Kraft Music arrived right on time, i had a good feeling once I saw the box. It was in really nice shape, not beat up or anything. Everything inside was packed securely, with no dents or random loose parts. I was a little nervous about the shipping at first, but it ended up being totally fine. "Easy Exchange, Even Though I Messed Up"
I totally ordered the wrong size keyboard stand from Kraft Music, which was 100% on me because I clearly didn’t check closely enough. I emailed them kind of like, “well, great, now what?” and they got back to me the next day with the exchange steps. Return shipping was a little annoying, not gonna lie, but the directions were easy to follow and the replacement showed up fast. I’m only knocking off one star because it took a few days for the system to update, but overall it was a good experience.

My order went through without any issues, but the tracking updates were frustrating. They were slow and not very clear, so I had to keep checking back just to figure out where my package actually was. It did arrive in good condition, which I appreciate, but the company should really take responsibility for providing more accurate and timely tracking. Customers shouldn’t have to guess what’s going on after they’ve paid.

I went with Kraft Music mainly because they offered financing, which made it easier for me to get the gear I wanted without paying for everything upfront. My brother had actually mentioned checking them out, so I gave it a shot. Overall it worked out fine, but the terms at checkout felt a little confusing and I had to go back and double-check a few things myself. Not a bad experience, I just wish the financing details were explained a bit more simply.

"Felt a Bit Misled by the Condition"
I ordered a keyboard from KraftMusic.com, and to be fair, it did arrive on time. But when it showed up, the box had a big dent, and one corner of the keyboard had a small scuff on it. Nothing was actually broken, but I bought it as new gear, so I expected it to look a lot cleaner when it arrived. It kind of made me feel misled, like I wasn’t really getting that fresh-out-of-the-box condition I thought I was paying for. Customer service was decent when I reached out, but the whole thing was still frustrating. Not a terrible purchase, just not the experience I was expecting.

"Order arrived, but the whole process felt unclear"
I ordered from kraftmusic and, to be fair, the item did eventually show up. So there wasn’t a total disaster or anything. But the buying process left me a little annoyed because the details didn’t feel very clear, especially around what was actually included and when I should expect everything to arrive. Customer service did respond, but I felt like I had to keep asking follow-up questions just to get straight answers. Maybe it works fine if you already know exactly what you’re getting, but for me it felt more frustrating than it needed to be. I wouldn’t say it’s the worst place to order from, but I’d be hesitant to buy again unless they were a lot more upfront

"Always Out When I Needed It"
I kept trying to get it, but it was never available whenever I actually needed it. The timing was frustrating, because I’d check at what seemed like a reasonable time and still miss out. Just felt like bad luck every time.
